    Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree
    Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree
    Minimum Experience: 5-9 Years
    3+ years of experience in Appian
    Certifications Preferred: Appian Level 3 Certification

    Required Technical Knowledge / Skills:

    • Proficiency in Appian (Appian certification required)
    • SAIL forms design, process design, SQL & stored procedures / SQL databases, object-oriented programming, and Service Backed Records
    • Appian UX guidelines and Appian plug-ins knowledge
    • Agile, Scrum methodologies proficiency
    • Configuration of Interactions Hub based on user stories and business requirements
    • Support technical configuration activities including security configuration and database rules

    Required Non-Technical Skills:

    • English fluency (B2 level)
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Collaborative team player with critical thinking abilities
    • Effective communication and issue resolution
    • Ability to identify and communicate technical risks

    Preferred Technical Knowledge / Skills:

    • Designing, configuring, and testing integrations with Appian
    • Experience with web services and integrating systems
    • Deployment activities between environments
    • Support in defining technical and integration requirements

    Education: Degrees/Field of Study required and preferred
