Diploma or B.Sc agriculture with around 2 to 5 years experience.

Must achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets through promotional activities like farmers meet, conducting field trials and demonstrations.

Must develop new dealers and establish a good dealer network.

Good knowledge of crops and agricultural products needed.

Good communication skills required
