Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls to present real estate services.
- Identify client needs and provide information about available properties.
- Schedule appointments for clients to visit properties or attend virtual tours.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and sales goals.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their inquiries are addressed effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
- Good understanding of real estate market trends and property types.
- Ability to persuade and influence clients in making propertyrelated decisions.
- Basic computer skills for recording and maintaining client information.
- Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and targetdriven mindset.
- Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or real estate industry is a plus.
