Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead and coordinate complex IT process alignment initiatives.
Understand current state of IT processes, strategic goals, and objectives of the organization.
Understand the needs and expectations of the users and stakeholders.
Define and cocreate the future state of the processes, the alignment criteria, indicators, and the harmonization principles and standards.
Drive a common understanding of the processes and interpretation of IT processes across IT functions.
Establish and lead process assurance rigor and assess process are deployed as per design.
Lead the changes in the processes, the alignment actions, and measures.
Review process training assets and lead assurance of supplier training standards.
Leverage Agile methodologies to lead teams across IT functions.

Minimum requirements

8 plus years of work in process excellence
Experience in pharmaceutical, device or healthcare industries, Digital / IT transformations an added advantage
Leadership experience, experience in leading via influence to build effective working relationships across functions.
Demonstrated ability to understand situations, interdependencies and challenges in a holistic way and plan and execute strategically.
