Your field of responsibility
Join us an ENO within Global Accounts Payable Operations, where you will be responsible for:
Operational

  • Process invoices and review them on timely basis
  • Scanning and record management of Invoices
  • Support clearance of breaks appearing in the reconciliation
  • Ensure payments are supported and processed within expected SLA
  • Preparing and processing journals
  • Prepare monthly WHT payments data
  • Manage and respond to queries/escalations from internal clients/bank and employees
  • Support Accounts Payable Supervisor on assignments and assisting on projects and tasks
  • Maintain records for coordination with Records and Information Management in order to process and maintain longterm, stored records.
Risk and Control

  • Ensure that various controls in the process is followed without any compromise
  • Understand and follow all Policies and Procedures for Accounts Payable.
  • Highlight error/control gaps on timely basis and suggest/support the remediation

Finance Operations team in Tokyo and Pune is responsible for payment of all vendor invoices and reimbursements to employees of business-related expenses.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • JLPT 1 or 2 is must
  • Professional Accountancy Qualification bachelor's in commerce or Accounting
  • 24 years of experience of Accounts Payable (Invoice processing, Scanning and Payments)
  • Ability to communicate with management, vendors and staff in a variety of business settings
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Good written and verbal business communication skills
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable and General Ledger environment
  • Knowledge of Citidirect and Nofusho payments
  • Knowledge of Concur will be good to have
  • Understanding of bank payment systems and methods used to make and remit payments
