Bachelor's/ Master's degree in related field with 1+ years of experience in ERP product sales.
Skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), team management skills, time management skills, fast learner, self‐ motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer approach, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Good knowledge in Lead generation, Cold Calling, Closing Sales, Daily Reporting.
- 1+ years of successful sales and business development track record in selling ERP products.
- Proven experience as telecalling executive in promoting Enterprise software.
- Good Exposure in prospecting, cold calls, and social reachouts.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, lead generation quote preferably over the phone and other mediums.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Responsibilities
- Achieve targets by selling Tactive product via outbound calling, consultation and other influential selling techniques.
- Regular follow ups with potential clients.
- Get client appointment for product demo.
- Leverage online platforms such as LinkedIn and other industry collectives to create a sustainable lead pipeline.
- Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications.
- Effectively communicate and present our solutions and its value proposition to customers.
- Responsible for marketing research such as identify competitor analysis, validating Companies as Turnover and sector wise.
- Preparation of Weekly & Monthly report generation as requested by management.
- Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
