    Responsibilities

    Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet specific business needs.

    Oversee the creation and maintenance of records, manage data imports and exports, and uphold data quality.

    Provide frontline support for users, resolve technical issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user competences.

    Seamlessly integrate Financial Services Cloud with other systems and applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

    Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.

    Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to analyze data and monitor performance metrics.

    Utilize Salesforce tools such as workflows, Process Builder, and Flows to automate processes and increase efficiency.

    Keep comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and compliance.

    Expertise in integrating platforms like DocuSign, Docupace, Cirrus insights, and Outlook within the Salesforce environment.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce functionalities, including administration, development, and deployment within a financial services context.

    Experience in supporting applications built on Salesforce or Financial Services Cloud in a financial services setting.

    Proficiency in managing roles, permissions, and reporting within Salesforce. Strong workflow experience using Salesforce Flows and Lightning environment is crucial.
