Title:
Analyst for Java J2EE


Location:
Bangalore


Your Role:


Reporting to Manager, Java & Mobility architect team, the Specialist IT JAVA J2EE architect, you will be responsible implementing our organization's Java/J2EE efforts in close collaboration with other IT teams and business stakeholders.

Your role will be critical in driving a user-centered design approach while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.


  • Work closely with various business stakeholders and with your Lead to develop different programs and leverage cloud native services in a large global environment that supports both business and customer needs.
  • Work with a global team to understand requirements and implement solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Design/develop & Support solutions based on a strategic business and technical requirements.
  • Selecting the appropriate services based on best practices of java development and implementations. Estimate costs and identify cost feasible options.
  • Technical leadership in the full life cycle of the software environment. Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
  • Adhering to the defined best practices for building secure and reliable custom development of integrations.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet/perform to technical and functional/nonfunctional requirements
  • Provide support and technical governance, expertise related to cloud integrations architectures, deployment, and operations
  • Act as the coach and mentor to team members and technical staff on their assigned project tasks

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/MCA, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
- knowledge in Java/J2EE technology.

  • Open liberty
  • Spring/Spring Boot, microservices/api's
  • ORM Tools (JPA or hibernate)


  • Database

  • Oracle/Postgres
  • React/Node js, angular js, or any JavaScript framework
  • Knowledge on AWS cloud services

Soft Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills (content creation such as whitepapers, proof of concepts, patents, etc.). Ability to explain complex technology decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in the organization.
