Description
**Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare all necessary export documentation, including but not limited to commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and customs documentation.

Ensure compliance with export regulations and requirements of destination countries.

Collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, logistics, and production, to gather the required information for documentation preparation.

Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to resolve any documentation-related issues or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export documentation and related communication.

Stay updated on changes in export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and advise relevant stakeholders accordingly.

Coordinate and track shipments, including verifying shipping instructions, scheduling pickups, and monitoring delivery status.


Assist in the preparation of shipping and customs-related reports, including export compliance reports, shipping cost analysis, and freight cost calculations.

Support the team in resolving any logistics or transportation issues that may arise during the export process.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide input on export documentation requirements and process improvements.

Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for export documentation processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international trade, supply chain management, or business administration. 2-3 years of experience in export documentation within the packaging industry or a related field. Solid knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and export compliance requirements.

Familiarity with various shipping documents and their purpose, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

Proficient in using export documentation software and tools. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is preferred. Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade agreements is an advantage. Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
