- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and ensure minimal audit findings.
- Review of NR client transactions to establish and confirm adherence to various governing policies include the cross- border guidelines.
- Point of contact for NR team, branches and Ops unit for policies and guidelines.
- Find ways to improve operations efficiencies and cost save measures
- Point of contact for process change, engagement with PDU, compliance and other stake holders to ensure process simplifcations
- Ensure high level accuracy on transaction processing within standard turnaround time to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to laid down processes, facilitate first time resolution, minimise rejections and client escalations.
- Lead and support implementation of process improvement and simplification initiatives for the NR Business Unit.
- Ensure risks issues identified are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Identify gaps and arrange training on process improvements and policies for NR service.
- Ensuring internal and external compliance on NR operations, handling NR client escalations and leading the service agenda across NR channels involving process improvements and re-engineering
