    Job Title: ServiceNow PlatformArchitect

    Location:Hyderabad

    Experience:8 to 12 years

    NoticePeriod: Immediate or less than 15days

    Overview:

    Inthe role of ServiceNow Platform Architect you will be the keystoneof our Service Management initiatives using ServiceNows suite ofservices to forge a path for our enterprises IT infrastructure. Youwill lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutionsensuring they meet our strategic business needs and are deliveredwith high quality andefficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • ArchitecturalLeadership: Define the architectural vision for our ServiceNowplatform ensuring alignment with our business objectives andtechnological strategies. Lead the architectural design sessionsand technicalreviews.
    • PlatformStrategy: Develop a strategic plan for ServiceNow implementationincluding a roadmap of enhancements and upgrades. Assess theimplications of new ServiceNow releases on existingarchitecture.
    • SolutionDesign and Development: Craft scalable and adaptable designs withinServiceNow. Oversee the development and ensure solutions are builtfor successful deployment operability and maintainability in acloudenvironment.
    • Integrationand Automation: Lead the integration of ServiceNow with othersystems and applications within the business emphasizing automationand orchestration.
    • BestPractices and Standards: Set and maintain standards and bestpractices for ServiceNow use including governance security andDevOps.
    • Quality Assurance:Implement monitoring quality checks and balances to ensure thedelivery of highquality solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensureadherence to codingstandards.
    • StakeholderManagement: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders totranslate business requirements into technicalsolutions.
    • KnowledgeSharing: Serve as a technical mentor and knowledge leader forServiceNow educating and guiding other team members andstakeholders.

    TechnicalSkills andQualifications:

    • Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or a related field.
    • ServiceNowExpertise: Extensive experience in designing deploying andcustomizing ServiceNow solutions. Proficiency in ITSM ITOM and ITBMmodules.
    • Programming Skills: Strong capabilityin JavaScript HTML CSS and other scripting languages within theServiceNow platform.
    • Architectural Acumen:Experience in developing and implementing cloud architecture forenterprise solutions.
    • Integration Proficiency:Demonstrated ability to integrate ServiceNow with various otherplatforms and tools.
    • Analytical Skills:Aptitude for problemsolving and working with complex systems andenvironments.

    Certifications:

    • ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA)
    • ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist(CIS)
    • ServiceNow Certified ApplicationDeveloper (CAD)
    • ITIL Certification ispreferred.

    • Exceptionalcommunication and presentationskills.
    • Leadership qualities with a trackrecord of managing highperforming technicalteams.
    • Experience with Agile and Scrummethodologies.
    • Ability to work under tightdeadlines and manage multiple/detailorientedtasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and acommitment to delivering highqualityoutcomes.
