    Title: Data Analytics Architect

    Location: Hyderabad

    Mode: Work from Office (5 Days)

    Experience: 10+ years

    We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Architect to join our team. As a Data Analytics Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance data analytics solutions using technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, migration tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and MDM (Master Data Management). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define data architectures, and develop innovative solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and insights generation.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Design end-to-end data analytics architectures, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization components, to support business objectives and requirements.
    2. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and migration tools, to meet scalability, performance, and reliability requirements.
    3. Develop data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data lakes, warehouses, or other storage solutions.
    4. Implement real-time data processing solutions using technologies like Kafka and Spark Streaming to enable timely insights and decision-making.
    5. Architect data governance frameworks and MDM solutions to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    6. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to understand data requirements and use cases and translate them into technical specifications and designs.
    7. Optimize data architectures and processes for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, leveraging cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    8. Lead migration projects to modernize legacy data systems and applications, ensuring seamless data migration and minimal disruption to business operations.
    9. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including mentoring junior architects and engineers and conducting knowledge sharing sessions.
    10. Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, big data technologies, and cloud computing to drive continuous innovation and improvement.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as a data architect, data engineer, or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing data analytics solutions.
    3. Strong proficiency in big data technologies and frameworks, including Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and migration tools.
    4. Experience with ETL tools and processes for data integration and transformation, such as Apache NiFi, Informatica, or Talend.
    5. Knowledge of MDM concepts and tools for managing master data and metadata across the enterprise.
    6. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with related services such as S3, EMR, Databricks, and Data Lake Storage.
    7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect complex data solutions to meet business requirements and technical constraints.
    8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    9. Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment is a plus.
    10. Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks, such as Cloudera, Hortonworks, or AWS Big Data, is desirable.
