The Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for adhering to the workflow and additional controls for Transformational Change, over and above the control framework of WoW Standards.

Responsible for ensuring that Transformational Change is planned and delivered effectively with clear articulation of exit criteria for each phase of Transformational Change.


  • Confirming Clarity is up to date including Programme static data, status update including RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked and reported to the PgSC.
  • Responsible for adhering to all the clarity governance process by updating the Programme static data, status update including RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts.
  • Responsible to deliver agreed business benefits through project including IT changes, data migrations and conversions, organizational process and procedure changes as well as smooth cutover to business stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of the project by leading the project approach, the masterplan, the detail planning, deliverable list, delivery / progress tracking, budget controlling, resource management.
  • Manage the business aspects of the projects including benefits indication and tracking, transformation tasks, operational readiness aspects, business acceptance of the platform.
  • Responsible for ensuring that value (financial and nonfinancial) is identified, owned, approved, maintained, measured, realised, and signed off.
  • Responsible for completion of postimplementation reviews to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery against key criteria.
  • Responsible for reviewing of the performance of change management activities (planning, communication, risk management, etc).
  • Manage stakeholders incl. project steering, Client internal and external communication, prepare and conduct road shows.
  • Responsible for ensuring that forward and backward traceability is established across all the delivery artefacts.
  • Responsible for End to End impact assessment (PIA, R-BIA, S-BIA, CDE, PCDSS).
  • Responsible for all legal aspects and the vendor management of the project.
  • Responsible for quality assurance (incl. project internal deep dives).
  • Support the status reporting including status meeting of the project.
  • Support the resource management (incl. FTE headcount).
  • Supports program internal dependency management.
  • Report to the Programme manager.

Risk Management

  • Documenting noncompliance areas and ensure appropriate Finance stakeholders signoff specific reasons for noncompliance (for example, a system or booking model limitation).
  • Keeping project team well informed of the design and execution dependencies within the programme and outside the programme.
  • Acting as PMO point of contact for data change related queries.

years banking experience as a Project Manager

  • PMP or PgMP or CSM certification preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Project Management disciplines (planning, reporting, risk management, QA, document management, financials, benefits, resource management, stage controls, stakeholder management and governance).
  • Strong practical knowledge of project delivery in an Agile environment.
  • Experienced in supporting a global group and ability to work in a highly collaborative manner across the network with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problemsolving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightlydefined timeline.
