Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all matters related to real estate transactions, acquisitions, developments, and leasing, ensuring alignment with RERA regulations and other applicable laws.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in RERA laws and regulations, and proactively advise the organization on any changes or potential impacts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure legal compliance at every stage of real estate projects.

Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal instruments pertaining to real estate transactions.

Conduct thorough legal due diligence to identify potential risks and liabilities associated with real estate transactions and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.

Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence related to real estate transactions.

Collaborate with external legal counsel, when necessary, to address complex legal matters and ensure the best interests of the organization are upheld.

Salary:
₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
