Unimarks Legal Solutions" is recruiting Advocates specialized in 'Real Estate'.

Real Estate Non-Litigation work including scrutiny of title of properties, drafting all real estate documents, handling registration of documents before the Sub-Registrar Offices, etc.

Job Location:
Chennai (On site)


Requirements:

i. Law Degree from a recognized university,

ii. Enrolled as an Advocate before the Tamilnadu Bar council,

iii. Must have one-two year of experience in Real Estate matters,

iv. An in-depth understanding of all central and state enactments governing movable and immovable properties.

v. Fluency in reading Tamil and English,

vii. Capability of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines.


Salary:
As per industry standards.


Salary:
₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
