    Position Overview :


    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive business decisions and innovation.

    As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing predictive models, conducting advanced analytics, and extracting valuable insights from complex datasets.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Data Analysis and Modeling :

    • Perform exploratory data analysis to understand patterns, trends, and relationships within large datasets.
    • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve business problems and generate actionable insights.
    • Utilize advanced analytics techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, and classification to extract meaningful insights from data.

    Predictive Modeling and Forecasting :

    • Build predictive models to forecast future trends, customer behavior, and business outcomes.
    • Evaluate model performance, refine algorithms, and optimize parameters to improve accuracy and reliability of predictions.
    • Implement timeseries analysis techniques to forecast demand, sales, and other key performance indicators.

    Data Visualization and Communication :

    • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
    • Present analysis results and recommendations to business leaders, providing actionable insights to support decisionmaking processes.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into datadriven solutions and actionable strategies.

    Feature Engineering and Data Preprocessing :

    • Perform feature engineering to extract relevant features from raw data and enhance model performance.
    • Cleanse, preprocess, and transform data to ensure quality, consistency, and integrity for analysis and modeling purposes.
    • Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to access, integrate, and prepare data for analysis and modeling.

    Model Deployment and Monitoring :

    • Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Monitor model performance and evaluate model drift over time, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate model deployment and monitoring processes, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems and and Skills :
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
    • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and data mining methodologies.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
    • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments is preferred.
