Job Title:
Avantis Administrator
Working Hours: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Location:
Hybrid / Chennai / Remote.


Job Description/Skills Required:


Create documentation for Avantis support and administration activities to build a knowledge base and procedures that can be shared with team members.

Participate in team meetings.

Proactively monitor system logs and monitoring systems to ensure proper functioning of all Avantis related infrastructure.

Monitor the Avantis ServiceNow queue and respond to incidents and requests within defined SLAs. Communicate with team members and leadership and escalate appropriately based on the severity of the issue.

Follow established change management processes and ensure IT general controls are completed for Avantis.
