JOB DISCIPTION

DISPLAY

  • Category wise identify & plan the display for all the stores.
  • Planning for Store, Window display & promo areas to drive conversion in the store.
  • Ensure Standardization across all Stores and Formats.

DESIGN CREATIVES FOR PROMOTIONS

  • Planning for upcoming promotions.
  • Plan the promotional brandings (Standees, POPs in store brandings etc.).
  • Coordinate with creative team and instruct the guidelines as per requirement.
  • Ensure the promotion is executed within timelines across all the stores.
PRODUCT SHOOT & STYLING FOR DIGITAL MARKETING

  • End to end management of Inhouse photoshoot for the new products.
  • Coordinate with photographers, models and hair and makeup artists for specific projects
  • Research and recommend locations for each photoshoot
  • Ensure that the final result is within quality standards and aligns with the scope of the project
  • Get executed high quality product photography on website & social media.
CONTROL OF VM BUDGET & INVENTORY

  • Ensure VM Budget should not exceed the approved budget.
  • Adhering to VM budgets of the store and compilation of data for monthly reviews.
  • Control of VM inventory of the stores signage fixtures.
AUDIT OF STORES & VM CHECKLIST

  • In order to ensure that all the guidelines are adhered properly in the store, a system of daily, weekly and monthly checklist is followed by the store VMs.
  • Monthly review of the daily checklist.

Salary:
₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
