About the job:

  • Price Set up and Maintenance of Quotes for Direct Customers in SAP and LFBC
  • Special Price Quote Set Up and Maintenance for Distributors in SAP and LFBC
  • Cost Down Claims Review and Approval from Distributors and Direct Customers
  • Followup of Distribution and Direct Customer Quotes
  • Price Protection Review and Approval
  • Stock Protection Review / Inventory Write Down and Approval
  • Sample / New Business Opportunity coordination and follow up
  • Special Handling on Orders and Samples
  • EMS Quote
  • New Account Set Up
  • Sample Request from End customers and Distributors
  • Sample & Literature processing and follow up
  • Product Change Notifications
  • Qualification support
  • Quarterly review with Sales
  • Design Registration coordination
- weekly revenue tracking, gap closure action execution during Quarter end

  • Adhoc Reports e.g. POA, POS, Inventory Report etc.
  • LFBC Set Up, Troubleshoot and Administration
  • Customer Surveys

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
  • Facilitation skills, able to build and motivate team, generate creativity and challenge effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Communications/Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to measure metrics to align with Corporate Strategy
