Overview:

We are looking for a

Leadership Solutions Designer for our Global MNC Client. In this role, you will focus on

designing, developing, packaging and adapting content from our practices. Such support may include topic and practice related research, drafting practice related content, program design, methodologies, capability development solutions and preparation of materials for client meetings and conferences and extensive use of the

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system,


Principal Duties and Responsibilities Learns and uses practice related content across our clients portfolio. Learns to use

D6 methodology for design. Collaborates, supports, or partners with the practice leaders on the development, design, documentation, test and delivery of practice related resources in adherence to our client's guidelines for copyrighted material including:
  • Client specific content associated with consultations, proposal, design and delivery phases in practice area for India regions.
Uptodate practice methodologies and generic content such as a

ctivities, script, toolkits, case studies, 'lessons learnt', module presentation deck, project reference material (proposals, design etc), training packs for practitioners and Sales and Marketing team. Perform research on new practice related content, methodologies and solutions and follow the latest trend on the market. Support the design, documentation, test, and commercialization of new market solutions in practice area in response to market demand and feedback and in collaboration with commercial teams. Support the development and deployment of the evaluation standards related to the practice to ensure consistent quality for all practicerelated interventions and analyses client feedback. Participates on account teams to learn processes such as RFP, discovery processes to assess client needs, determination of desired learning outcomes, and other business development and client relationship management techniques and practices. In all delivery scenarios, presents to audiences and facilitates learning in a manner that displays credible knowledge of our clients's current portfolio and engage into selfdevelopment journey on the practice area. Other duties as assigned.
Education Bachelor's degree in a business or social sciences field is required. A Master's degree is strongly preferred. Individuals accepted into the role with a Bachelor's degree will be expected to enroll and make continuous progress toward completion of the Master's. An advanced degree, Masters or equivalent, must be completed as the minimum requirement for Faculty II and III roles, with a Ph.
D. or other terminal degree preferred.
Experience/Work Background Minimum of 68 years of work experience in a corporate business and/or OD field is desirable. Experience facilitating groups and demonstrating basic presentation skills through activities such as facilitation of

adult learning,

employee and/or

leader development, or

community leadership activities is required. Prior experience/expertise in the leadership development field is required.
Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Strong Knowledge in

Instructional Design and

Leadership Content Development, comes from a

Corporate L&D background, and

strong quality documentation. Relevant knowledge of leadership content areas, including the fields of management/leadership, organizational development, coaching, talent management, adult learning theory, and human resource development.
Facilitation and program delivery experience with indications of the ability to develop expertise in this area.Understanding of program design principles and the basics of using a design methodology.* Successful experience working with lowerlevel leaders and supervisors in individual or group learning and development facilitation or consulting.
Professional presence composed and professional in communication and approach. Effective interpersonal skills including flexibility and adaptability (for interaction with clients, participants, and staff). Proven organizational and planning skills.
Experience using learning technology options e.g. webinars, podcasts, online simulations, etc. Able to demonstrate awareness of complex business issues, business terminology, and global considerations in support of program participants.
Basic understanding of sales process and how to identify business development opportunities in the classroom or in other client interactions prior experience preferred, may be learned on the job.
