Enabling preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account:

  • Income Provision
  • Expense Provision
  • NPA / Loss Provision

Reconciliation review:

  • Accounting reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Fixed assets
  • Accounting for purchase and sale of assets
  • Providing for depreciation

Quarterly consolidation:

  • Groupcompany confirmation of transactions
  • Other details

Tax payments and returns:

  • TDS Payment and Return
  • Service Tax Payment and Return
  • Enabling Vat Payment and Return by the branches
  • Handling audits and inspections
  • Statutory audit
  • Internal audit
  • Tax audit
  • Transfer Pricing audit
  • Service Tax audit
  • RBI audit
  • Handling assessments
  • Preparation of data for Income Tax assessments
  • NSDL / 26AS transaction reconciliation
Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Tax Laws


Educational Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant


Experience Profile:

2 to 3 years experience in Accounts function
