Description

Responsibilities:


  • Calendar Management (Date, Time and Venue)
  • To organize / ensure that all arrangements for training programs, Monthly Meetings and Coaching sessions are in place much before scheduled time.
  • Ensuring all required files are updated and made available prior to meetings /training sessions.
  • Assisting the Chairman (Lead Trainer) to all program venues, all meetings and business calls.
  • Scheduling various training programs, meetings and PC's (Personal coaching) session
  • Coordinating with the internal colleagues / external clients etc., on the datesb of meeting / sharing of minutes etc.
  • Writing minutes of coaching Sessions, Monthly Meetings, client meetings, important discussions.
  • Assisting the Chairman in research matters for content creation.
  • Be an added support to the Research & content team, making ppt's etc.
  • Respond to customer complaints or requests on behalf of the Chairman
  • Be alert to seize sales opportunities during sessions and monthly meetings.

Mandatory requirement:


  • Communication Skills (Good in written and spoken English).
  • Knowledge of Word and Powerpoint is a MUST
  • Ability to multitask and work with speed.
  • Capable to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Willing to work long hours as and when required.
  • Great organizing abilities (good network of contacts etc)
  • Good presentation skills are required.
  • High on energy, willingness to travel and keen interest to learning and upgrading self.
  • Pleasing personality with high level of patience
  • Confidentiality

Requirement:
Female, residing in western line and not beyond Dahisar


Qualifications:
Graduates of any stream can apply.


Technical Skills:
Power-point and Analytical skills


Experience:
5 years of managing the office of VP/ head of department or CXO's


Compensation: 4L - 4.5L CTC. Salary is not a constraint for the right Talent. As per Industry

**Job Location:

  • Andheri**Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
