    NewQuest , iD Fresh manufactures 55,000 kg of idly/dosa batter every day and delivers it to over 30,000 retail outlets.

    The company's product range has grown to include a wide range of fresh ready-to-cook foods including 'Squeeze and Fry' Vada Batter, South Indian Filter Coffee decoction, Ragi Idly/Dosa batter, Natural Paneer and Malabar Parota among others.

    The company has also launched an organic product line and will soon be converting its entire operations to organic.


    About the Operational ModelThe Logistics Executive will oversee and manage the supply chain operations to ensure the efficient and effective distribution of goods.

    This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers and customers, and optimizing logistical processes.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Coordinate and manage the entire logistics cycle, including shipping, warehousing, and inventory management.
    Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
    Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any issues that arise.
    Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing excess inventory.
    Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, supply chain metrics, and logistics performance.
    Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and freight forwarders.
    Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient logistics strategies and processes.
    Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to logistics and transportation.
    Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to align logistics activities with business objectives.
    Identify and resolve logistical problems and implement process improvements.
    Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and activities.

    Key Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Minimum of 1-2years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
    Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and inventory management.
