Job Purpose

The role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience and the ability to lead complex Operational challenges, projects and initiatives in the HUB to enhance customer experience.

Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills and a focus on customer experience are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities are:

Understanding Customer Needs, Product and Service Quality, Develop and implement strategies to optimize the transport network in the hub.
Build strong relationships with cluster transport teams and Govern the circle transport operations of the North and MPCG circles
Customeroriented businesses aim to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering value and meeting expectations, Drive the circle transport operations teams for endtoend Transport & Enterprise operations and coordinate with crossfunctional teams for better service experience.
Markets and customer preferences are constantly evolving, therefore Plan and execute deployment activities for IP, DWDM, and access optics networks. Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure timely and efficient implementations.
Embrace challenges: Analyze network performance data and take proactive steps to improve reliability. Implement preventive maintenance procedures and corrective actions as needed for transport stability & efficiency.
Provide strategic leadership to Enterprise teams delivering Vi services to the customers at Circle and govern the deliverable KPIs to the Enterprise Business and to the Enterprise customers.

Ensure the transport network is robust, reliable and capable of delivering seamless experience for customers, thereby customers satisfaction & retentions.

Optimizing network resources and cost-effective solutions to ensure operational excellence.

Implementing various transport strategies to enhance network capabilities & reliability. Spearhead various consultation on solutions to business and technology functions to deliver innovative, first time right products and services to Enterprise Customers.

Over 15 years of experience in IP/MPLS, Optics and Enterprise operations.

Must have technical / professional qualifications
