Job Description-

Roles & Responsibilities-

Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate IT solutions.
Present and demonstrate IT products and services to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and technical staff, to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor's offerings.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and selfstudy.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in IT sales, with at least 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, networking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Goaloriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
