As a Customer Support Executive, he/she will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, have excellent communication skills, and can effectively handle inquiries and resolve issues.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance and resolution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting proactive solutions
  • Follow company guidelines and protocols for customer support and ensure compliance with established standards

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer support or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to handle challenging and demanding customer situations with patience and empathy
  • Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
