Skillset:

  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficiency in hotel management software

As a key member of the front office team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and unforgettable experience for our guests.

From warm welcomes to efficient check-ins and personalized assistance, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service in a breathtaking resort setting.


Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly.

Check-in/Check-out: Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently, maintaining accuracy in guest information and payment transactions.

Reservation Management: Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations to optimize occupancy and accommodate guest preferences.

Communication Hub: Act as a central point of communication between guests and various resort departments, ensuring smooth coordination of services.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Administrative Tasks: Perform routine administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.


Requirements:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
