    Weare looking for a Plant Manager / Head to drive continuousimprovement and optimization of allprocesses.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all aspects of plant operationsincluding production maintenance quality control and safetycompliance.
    • Develop and implement strategicplans to optimize production efficiency minimize costs and maximizeoutput.
    • Lead and motivate a diverse team ofdepartment managers and frontline staff to achieve productiontargets and quality standards.
    • Foster aculture of continuous improvement innovation and excellence inperformance.
    • Ensure compliance with allregulatory requirements and environmental standards.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including supplychain engineering and finance to drive operational excellence andmeet business objectives.
    • Monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assessperformance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage budgeting forecasting and resource allocation forplant operations.
    • Develop and implementinitiatives to enhance employee engagement training anddevelopment.
    • Foster a safe work environmentand promote adherence to all health and safety protocols andprocedures.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering orrelated field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in plantmanagement with a proven track record of success in leadingmanufacturing operations.
    • Strong technicalexpertise in production processes equipment and systems.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with theability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
    • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and afocus on continuous improvement.
    • Demonstratedability to manage complex projects and drive changeinitiatives.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulatoryrequirements and industry best practices.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets analyze financial dataand make datadriven decisions.
    • Effectivecommunication skills both verbal and written.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment andadapt to changing priorities and business needs.
