Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C (Customer Experience) Consultant with a strong background in full cycle implementation and support projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience, including at least 2 full cycle software implementations integrating CRM and ERP applications.

Responsibilities :

Lead and participate in full cycle implementation projects for SAP C4C, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing expert guidance on best practices and solutions within SAP C4C.
Configure and customize SAP C4C modules to meet business needs, particularly in areas such as Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP C4C and other ERP applications, including Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Financials, and Controlling.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP C4C implementations, resolving issues and optimizing system performance.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for endusers and support teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions between SAP C4C and CRM On Premise systems.

Requirements :

Minimum of 7 years of experience in full cycle implementation and support projects for SAP C4C.
Proven track record of involvement in at least 2 full cycle software implementations integrating CRM and ERP applications.
Extensive business process knowledge in areas such as Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales within SAP C4C.
Strong understanding of integration points between SAP C4C and other SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Financials, and Controlling.
Experience in integrating SAP C4C with CRM On Premise systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and crossfunctional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
