    Description

    Location : Zaheerabad

    Work Mode : Work from Office

    Experience : Minimum 4 years

    OBJECTIVE :

    - Provide Day to day support on SAP and Allied Application to Business Users.

    Acts as a front end Support to business representatives, Front line solution Provider and implement new Projects with proper Change Management.

    - Training to New and Exisitng users on SAP & its peripheral system.

    Work as a functional expert + Co-ordinator Between Business user and Development Team to Convert Requirment into Effective Solution.

    - Expertise in automotive business processes and SAP integration will be critical in driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with industry standards will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our SAP landscape, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and efficient business operations.

    - An indicative list of responsibilities attached to the role are documented below.

    These responsibilities are representative and the role holder is also responsible for any other job assigned by the superior authorities from time to time

    Posses Learning abilities to keep knowledge up to date on two fronts :

    a) Business knowledge in areas of process change Or new product/ business process development

    b) Getting acquainted with new technologies and methodologies for project delivery

    - Multitasking activities for Daily support management for SAP to ensure seamless user experience, business continuity and on the other hand managing projects.

    Both of these by performing regular review mechanism with service providers and business teams.

    System Support and Maintenance :

    Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP modules, analyzing and resolving issues, ensuring system stability across eM&M Location for SAP Logistics Modules and Allied Application

    - Effective Call management and adhering to the SLA's for call closure by ensuring enhanced customer experience .

    Education Qualifications :

    1. Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering / B Tech

    General Experience :

    1. 5-7 years of domain experience in manufacturing or supporting automotive manufacturing industry with Strong Knowledge SAP Logistics Module

    Primary Skills (Functional) :

    1. Strong Knowledge of Business Process in Auto Industry.

    2. Able to do Impact analysis of SAP Configurations & Its linkages on different programs. Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP modules related to manufacturing, such as PP, MM, SD, QM, PM, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

    3. In-depth understanding of Automotive manufacturing processes, including production, supply chain, procurement, and sales, and a strong grasp of industry-specific challenges and requirements

    Secondary Skills (Functional) :

    1. Analytical Knowledge.

    2. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to analyze business processes, identify pain points, and design optimal solutions
