    Lead .Net Developer

    Role Summary :

    The Full stack developer is essential to ensuring the successful planning and execution of software development projects.

    They are responsible for overseeing, developing multiple projects through all phases of development - from initiation and planning to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support.

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and mentor a group of team members to meet the demands of a fastgrowing custom software company.
    • Balance technical objectives, business requirements, and timeline targets to deliver scalable, testable solutions to our development standards.
    • Participate in technical committee meetings to reach architecture and framework decisions.
    • Decompose assignments into subtasks and delegate to team members.
    • Drive team performance and unblock team members as needed.
    • Take accountability for deliverables produced by your team.
    • Take a genuine interest in the success and professional development of your team.
    • Able to work with offshore teams distributed in different locations.
    Requirements :

    • 7+ years of fullstack development experience.
    • 2+ years of experience leading fullstack development teams.
    • Demonstrate seniorlevel expertise in most of the following technologies: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web APIs, ORMs, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, AWS, and Git.
    • Working knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, SOA, and Architectural Patterns.
    • Proven history of developing scalable, resilient, testable applications.
    • Ability to balance business and technical objectives when making decisions.
    • Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fastpaced environment.
    • Exceptional communication, problem solving, and analytical skills is a must.
    • Handson experience designing and implementing serviceoriented architectures.
