We are seeking an Assistant Professor to lead a department. The ideal candidate should excel in organizing the department, possess strong administrative skills, and have valuable clinical experience.

To conduct daily rounds and provide guidance to staff nurses and paramedical workers.
To deliver lectures in outpatient clinics and during ward rounds, contributing to patient management.
To manage a full-time unit, including training and supervising residents, postgraduate, and undergraduate students.
To fulfill all duties aimed at improving patient care quality and enhancing the healthcare delivery system efficiently.
To demonstrate a proactive approach towards departmental development and possess leadership qualities.
To execute all responsibilities diligently, sincerely, and honestly.
To undertake any other tasks assigned by higher authorities for the betterment of the department and institution.

Assistant Professor: Candidates should hold an MD degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Junior Resident in a recognized medical college in the relevant subject, along with one year as a Senior Resident in the particular department.

Assistant Professor: Salary ranging from 1.6 Lcs/Month to 2.0 Lcs/Month based on experience.
