Hiring for the esteemed Client Company of Sanskruti Solutions (The Diagnostic Segment company who is into sales of Genomic Tests in the market):

Position:
Business Development Manager (Oncology Experienced) - Someone who is meeting Medical Oncologist Doctors in their respective business territories.


Team Role:
No, it is an individual contributor role.


Work Experience Criteria:

We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories.
  • Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan.
  • Hires, trains and retains employees. Provides developmental guidance to direct reports and ensures adequate coaching.
  • Explain and facilitate adoption of the company's tests by the Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹450, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
