  • Propose and achieve region wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
  • Develop the network of channel partners and drive sales through the network
  • Periodic engagement on the ground with the channel partners and other stakeholders such as Mutual fund AMCs etc
  • Manage region and individual performances
  • Report on regionwise sales results
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyse the region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Education:
Essential: Degree/

Graduation Desirable:

MBA

Preferred Skills:


  • Sales oriented
  • B2B Sales
  • Persuasive and good negotiation skills.
  • Should be Multi lingual
  • Presentable, with good listening, oral, and written communication skills

2- 5 years of relevant experience in AMC/stock broking
