- Propose and achieve region wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
- Develop the network of channel partners and drive sales through the network
- Periodic engagement on the ground with the channel partners and other stakeholders such as Mutual fund AMCs etc
- Manage region and individual performances
- Report on regionwise sales results
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyse the region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Education:
Essential: Degree/
Graduation Desirable:
MBA
Preferred Skills:
- Sales oriented
- B2B Sales
- Persuasive and good negotiation skills.
- Should be Multi lingual
- Presentable, with good listening, oral, and written communication skills
Exp
Required in Years:
2- 5 years of relevant experience in AMC/stock broking
