Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Loan Management:
Facilitate the procurement and management of project loans, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and timely disbursements.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including profitability assessments, budgeting, and forecasting.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies such as RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority), ensuring all necessary filings and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Invoice Management:
Oversee the invoicing process, verifying accuracy and completeness of invoices, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely payments.
Taxation:
Assist in income tax calculations, filings, and compliance, staying abreast of relevant tax laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities.
Account Finalization:
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely finalization of accounts, including preparation of financial statements and related documentation.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong grasp of finance principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project loan management and documentation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly RERA.
- Experience in invoice management and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of income tax laws and compliance procedures.
- Ability to contribute effectively to the finalization of accounts.
- CA Inter/CMA Inter qualification or equivalent is preferred.
