We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Education Management team as a Clerical Staff cum Typist.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations within our organization.


As a Clerical Staff cum Typist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and performing various administrative tasks.

Your exceptional typing skills and attention to detail will be essential in accurately transcribing documents and inputting data into our systems.

Additionally, you will assist in managing and organizing various paperwork, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Transcribe documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Input data into databases and ensure the information is uptodate and errorfree
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring they are easily accessible
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as required
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members, ensuring no conflicts arise
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging necessary materials

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a typist or data entry operator
  • Proficient in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
