    Description
    Position Responsibility: The role reports to the Group President of Corporate Finance and involves independently raising Equity and structured finance for the group entities. Additionally, the candidate will work on Mergers and Acquisitions/NCLT and raising Private Equity funds for the group.
    • Manage IPO/preferential allotment/M&A and NCLT acquisitions.
    • Build Relationships with equity funds/Family offices/AIFs, regulatory authorities to secure funds for the business.
    • Handle investors and shareholders agreements.
    • Create financial models from scratch using advanced excel functions.
    • Conduct Due diligence for all deals.
    • Manage Structured Finance.
    • Expertise in preparing Pitch Deck (Investor's Presentation, Valuation modelDCF, Relative, SOTP).
    • Conduct industry research and financial benchmarking.
    • Analyze acquisition opportunities from a Merger and Acquisition perspective.
    Desired Profile:
    • Engineering / CA & MBA Finance (Tier 1 Institute) with relevant experience in Equity fund raising team of a reputable Corporate.
    • Strong background in Private Equity funding, IPO/preferential allotment/M&A.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in equity.
    • Established relations with equity funds/Family offices/regulatory authorities.
    • Proven track record in securing deals efficiently and quickly.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, clear communication.
    • Strong Leadership abilities to manage time effectively and resolve conflicts.
    • Extensive experience in end-to-end private equity and M&A transactions.
    • Established Relationships with equity funds, family offices, AIFs, and more.
