Job Title - Pre Sales Executive (with No Sales Target)

Job Location -Kolkata

Job Summery -Attending inbound calls

Reporting to - Sales Manager

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 2-3 yrs in handling calls

Skills -Fluent in English and Hindi

Excel knowledge mandatory

Presentable and smart

Responsibilities

  • Attend Phone Calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Attend live Chats
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
  • Resolve Presales Customer Queries
  • Review & Feedback Collection
  • Coordinating with digital marketing team for leads
  • Assigning leads to sales team members
  • Prepare and maintain MIS
  • Attending task as assigned from time to time
Salary - 12k-18k

Travelling

  • Not Required.
