Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Business Developers and the Director of Business Development.
  • Provide businesscritical insights and establish best practices in reporting, ensure crossfunctional alignment of goals and execution of complex regional and global teams, and help drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
  • Delivering presentations/strategy updates to share valuable insights with executive management.
  • Work crossfunctionally to improve operational systems, process/procedures, and policies from discovery through to execution.
  • Support agents/accounts development including handling complaints and problem solving.
  • Liaise with the marketing department and internal stakeholders to ensure the flow of relevant information to the sales team.
  • Manage the incoming agent enquiries and support them in selling and representing our brand, support in strengthening business relations.
  • Become the 'go to' person for information on all priority accounts. Actively understand what is happening and proactively processing information as to update and share information with the line management and BDMs.
  • Data analysis helping BDs to identify business opportunities and challenges.
  • Keep abreast of team targets and KPIs supporting operations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Team handling, leadership, strong coaching and personnel development skills required
  • Experience of developing and implementing key account processes
  • Relevant experience into Customer success/program management /account management
  • Experience working with senior level executives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to oversee and manage the IBD team's Business Metrics and productivity
  • Selfdirected can prioritize, multitask and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to identify errors
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced Excel & Salesforce
  • Implement contract compliance policy
  • Understanding of statistical modelling, reporting and spreadsheets
  • Experience of key account coordination or sales coordination in a related industry would be advantageous

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
