Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop creative solutions that align with the overall brand strategy
Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including website graphics, social media graphics, business cards, letter heads, and promotional materials for the brand and its tierI clients.
Develop and maintain the brand style guide to ensure consistency across all platforms and mediums
Stay uptodate with design trends and best practices to continually enhance the brand's visual identity
Work with external vendors, including printers and web developers, to ensure final products meet quality standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
3+ years of experience in graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW
Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, design skills, and understanding of brand guidelines
