    Salary: INR 15,000 / month

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Content Creation and Management:

    • Develop engaging content for various digital platforms including website, blog, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and email newsletters.
    • Create multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and images to support marketing campaigns.
    • Manage content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) by creating, curating, and scheduling content.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and engage with the audience appropriately.

    Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

    • Optimise website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and ranking.
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
    • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and traffic.

    Email Marketing:

    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
    • Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviours, and interests for targeted messaging.
    • Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.

    Paid Advertising Campaigns:

    • Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
    • Monitor ad spending and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are within budget and meeting objectives.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels.
    • Prepare regular reports summarising campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve digital marketing efforts.

    Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Monitor competitor activities and performance to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and positioning of the medical device products.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors to execute marketing initiatives smoothly.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in digital marketing.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing, content creation, and website management.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
    • Strong graphic design skills and experience using Figma or similar design tools.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Candidates with prior internships in digital marketing are preferable.
