Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of Natural stone flooring and Tile products. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and supervising the production team. The goal is to ensure timely and cost-effective production of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


Production Management:

• Supervise the daytoday operations of the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
• Coordinate with the Plant Manager to develop and implement production plans that meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all stone flooring and cladding products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and address any quality issues.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve production defects and prevent recurrence.

Team Supervision:

• Lead and manage a team of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflow.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.

Resource Management:

• Coordinate the procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to meet production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Manage maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Address any safety concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
• Prepare and submit production reports to the Plant Manager and other relevant departments.
• Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Technical Degree.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the stone flooring and cladding manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
