    The Job

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
    • Explain the customers about the properties.
    • Develop Trueman as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
    • Build a good working relationship with Clients.
    • Maintain and Develop relationships with partners in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
    • Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis
    • Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller.
    • Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
    • Developing strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment.
    • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
    • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
    • Markets go-getter and trend setter.
    • Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture.

    The Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
    • You have working knowledge of real estate industry.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
