We are looking for a competent Customer Support Associate to join our Team who will be responsible for one of our global clients.

Responsibilities:
- Solving customer grievances.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products.
- Escalating customer queries in a proper and timely manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
