Roles and Responsibilities
L1 Support -( 3 to 8 years of relevant experience)
Grade:
M1/M2
Location:
Navi Mumbai
- Good in written and spoken English
- Able to communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Good analytical, problem solving and logical skills
- A team player, approachable with a cando attitude
- Selflearner with uptodate knowledge in the operating technology area, cloud, IT Operations management.
- Prior experience in
SQL, Linux, Unix: - Experience working in ITIL framework with hands on experience in managing Incident, Problem and Change management process.
- Prior knowledge of Banking IT Products and Services. Preferably in Payments domain.
- Able to extend work hours when necessary while managing critical issues.
- Immediate joiner
Exp: 3 to 8 yrs
