We are looking for a Project / Document Controller to join our team.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be to:


Implement COWI processes related to document control and management, including preparation and monitoring of document control plans, project checklists, QA/QC documentation, etc.

Collaborate with the project managers and engineers to follow up on the document control plan in accordance with the project schedule and status of document submission.

Control, coordinate and supervise the issue and recording of all drawings and documents produced by technical staff and sub-consultants (if any) for our design projects.

Create transmittals to recipients and track documentation to ensure adherence to the project timeline.
Update the status of project schedules and business management as required. Produce reports, create presentations, monitor discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Produce project progress reports and follow up with technical leads, project management and clients.
Organize, update and improve the overall workflow of information and documentation within the company.
Manage all technical documents for assigned projects regarding quality, revision status, timely receipt and distribution.
Prepare and manage the compilation of final project dossiers and archiving.

Moreover, you will have:

Engineering degree with 3-8 years of relevant experience as a project/document controller.
Experience as a Project / Document Controller for Oil & Gas, offshore infrastructure and EPC consultants.

Experience with work breakdown structure, project status reports and project measuring tools and knowledge of a typical project life cycle.

Sound knowledge of document management standards, processes and procedures.
Experience in EDMS softwares like ProjectWise, Documentum, Pims, Asite tools for records tracking, archival, retention and storage.
Advance knowledge of MS Office tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in international projects.
