Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the company's business operations, with a focus on contracts law. You will work closely with the business teams to review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including sales agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements. You will also be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the company on a range of legal matters.

Responsibilities:


- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and other third parties.

- Provide legal advice and guidance on a range of legal matters, including contract interpretation and compliance.

- Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis on issues related to contracts law.

- Collaborate with the business teams to identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to mitigate those risks.

- Ensure that the company's contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Draft and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.

- Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

- Assist with the resolution of legal disputes related to contracts.

Requirements:


- 1-2 years of experience practicing contracts law in a law firm or in-house legal department.

- Strong knowledge of contract law and experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to provide practical legal advice to the business teams.

- Experience with technology contracts, including software licensing and SaaS agreements, is a plus.

Salary:
₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
