Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAIC, learn, kaizen and workout.
Having knowledge and experience in SAP S/4 HANA Production Planning, including materials management, production

- orders, master data, and bill of materials.

Works closely with the safety manager to develop and implement the processes and reduce safety risks in the workplace.
Improve performance of production to meet plan vs actual.
Maintain the Right First Time (RFT).
Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal results.
Lead Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) initiatives to improve machine utilization, uptime, changeover time, and

- yield.

Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the laws.
Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
Reviewing the HAZOP study of designs and identifying potential hazards and operability problems.
Commercialization of existing and new product development.
Responsible for overall process improvisation without compromising quality.
Troubleshooting to reduce downtime and minimise risks in the production process.
Preparing operational budgets and cost control, ensuring adherence to the same, and developing new process

- concepts for production optimization and yield improvement.
