Responsibilities:
-

  • Ensure the villa is clean, organized, and well-maintained always.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed, including but not limited to landscaping, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Coordinate and supervise any necessary repairs with outside vendors and contractors.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as needed, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs, including welcoming guests and providing a tour of the property.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of the villa and its surroundings.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and cooking delicious meals for guests.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with basic plumbing, electrical work, landscaping housekeeping and basic cooking preferred.
  • Housekeeping background from a Luxury Hotel

  • Rotational shift
