    • Design, implement, and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated on the latest SFMC features, updates, and industry trends.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation within the SFMC Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred.
    • Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and campaign management.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization strategies.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Mobile Studio.
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email template customization and scripting.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
