- Manage customer data within SFMC, including segmentation, data cleansing, and integration with external systems.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior, engagement, and ROI.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on SFMC best practices, tools, and features.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and a point of contact for SFMCrelated inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on the latest SFMC features, updates, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation within the SFMC Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email template customization and scripting.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
